Stop fawning at others and work more on yourself, understand that getting that one person isn't the only thing.
Or because you had created a random perfect image of them and they just broke your delusion?
Are you more of a butt guy or a boob guy?
Because it hurts that they are not with you?
Focus on other things, and people, stay busy, stay lively, work, make goals, have hobbies, have friends and relax.
